Meet Our Therapists
Three therapists, one shared belief: relationships can be done better — with curiosity, evidence-based care, and a genuinely human approach.
We help relationships thrive.
We do our own work to grow personally so we can do our best professionally. We meet you as fellow humans and bring the latest evidence-based practices into every session.
Our aim is to help you get unstuck. Our approach includes collaboration, open-mindedness, compassion, trauma-informed and attachment-based care tailored to your needs — always with an awareness of Utah’s unique culture.
Danielle Kuresa, AMFT
Complex Systems Specialist
Hi, I’m Danielle. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating some of the most complex and tender relationship dynamics — especially divorce, co-parenting, and blended family systems. I’m particularly skilled at helping couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about the future of their relationship find clarity and move forward with intention.
I also support teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence — helping neurodivergent clients better understand themselves, reduce overwhelm, and build lives that actually fit who they are.
Before becoming a therapist, I was an elementary school teacher and I’m also a stepmom myself — both experiences deeply shape how I understand children, parenting, and the complexity of blended family life.
Jessica Sullivan, AMFT
Relationship Specialist
Hi, I’m Jess. I help individuals and couples work through the uncertainty that comes with love and relationships — whether you’re struggling with ambivalence, recovering from a breakup, facing potential divorce after betrayal, or working to create a solid foundation as newlyweds or engaged partners.
I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, which help couples recognize negative patterns and create deeper, more meaningful connections. Whether it’s rebuilding trust, improving communication, or simply understanding each other better, I’m passionate about guiding you toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
With flexible evening hours, I strive to make therapy fit easily into your life, working closely with my team and supervisor to ensure you’re getting the best possible care.
Michelle Pomeroy, LMFT, CEFT
Owner
Hi, I’m Michelle. I help individuals and couples heal from disconnection, trauma, mixed-faith struggles, ADHD challenges, and more. My approach is real, compassionate, and non-judgmental — I create a safe space where you can explore emotions, gain insight, and build stronger relationships. Simply put, I help people do relationships better.
I specialize in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), offering preparation and integration support for clients who want to use this powerful tool for healing, emotional clarity, and nervous system regulation.
I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and trained in EMDR and ART for trauma. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and as a parent of children with ADHD, I bring both insight and lived experience to my work.
