Jessica Sullivan

Hi, I’m Jess. I’m here to help individuals and couples work through the uncertainty that comes with love and relationships—whether you're struggling with ambivalence, recovering from a breakup, facing potential divorce after betrayal, or working to create a solid foundation as newlyweds or engaged partners.

I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, which help couples recognize negative patterns and create deeper, more meaningful connections. Whether it’s rebuilding trust, improving communication, or simply understanding each other better, I’m passionate about guiding you toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

I bring empathy, curiosity, and practical tools to every session, tailoring my approach to your unique situation. I’m here to support you through tough transitions, complex dynamics, and challenging emotions, helping you move forward with more clarity and connection.

With flexible evening hours, I strive to make therapy fit easily into your life, and I work closely with my team and supervisor to ensure you're getting the best possible care. Together, we’ll work to create the kind of relationship you’ve been longing for.

Hi, I’m Michelle. I help individuals, couples, and families heal from disconnection, trauma, mixed-faith struggles, ADHD challenges, and more. My approach is real, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I create a safe space where you can explore emotions, gain insight, and build stronger relationships. Simply put, I help people do relationships better.

I specialize in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT), offering preparation and integration support for clients who want to use this powerful tool for healing, emotional clarity, and nervous system regulation. KAT can help loosen stuck patterns and open the door to meaningful breakthroughs when other approaches fall short.

I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that helps couples and families shift negative cycles and deepen emotional connection. I’m also trained in EMDR and ART, two trauma-focused therapies that support clients in processing painful experiences and feeling more at home in their bodies and relationships.

I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and as a parent of children with ADHD, I understand firsthand how neurodivergence can affect individuals, relationships, and family dynamics. I bring both insight and lived experience to my work with neurodivergent clients and couples.

I know seeking help takes courage. I’m glad you’re here and taking the first steps toward healing and growth.
