Do you worry people wouldn’t accept you if they saw the real you?

You’ve built a life that looks good from the outside—but inside, things feel messy. Maybe you’re burned out, questioning who you are, or caught in old patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe your relationship feels stuck, disconnected, or uncertain. Whether you’re navigating this alone or with a partner, you’re craving something more honest, more aligned, more connected.

Let us introduce ourselves.

  • Jessica Sullivan

    LAMFT (Relationship Specialist)

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating turning points in life and relationships. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and what matters most. I also enjoy working with teens and young adults as they explore identity, manage anxiety, and build stronger connections.

I believe healing happens in relationship. I strive to offer new, meaningful experiences in therapy because we grow through safe, supportive interactions that help shift old patterns.

I'm married and part of a blended family. Running is my favorite way to clear my head and stay grounded.

Specialties: Individual therapy, teens and young adults, couples therapy, attachment work, communication issues, infidelity recovery, discerning whether to stay or leave, and pre-marital counseling.

  • Michelle Pomeroy

    Owner, LMFT, CEFT

I work with insightful adults, often creatives, entrepreneurs, and sensitive overachievers, who feel restless, burned out, or unsure of who they're becoming. As a neurodivergent therapist with ADHD, I think outside the box. I help people break out of perfectionism and old patterns, embrace who they are, and find more peace and purpose.

I specialize in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) as a powerful tool for healing, gaining new perspective, and releasing trauma. I also support neurodivergent couples and individuals navigating identity, transitions, and high-masking ADHD.

Outside of work, I’ve been married for over 20 years and have three teenagers. My newest hobby is playing pickleball, and I have to unwind at the end of the day by watching a good comedy—The Office is a favorite.

Diagonal House Family Therapy

Welcome to

Diagonal House Family Therapy is named after my childhood home on 59 Diagonal Street in St. George, Utah—a place full of love, struggle, and layered stories.

The house itself was a little off-kilter—never quite symmetrical. But it held us. It taught me that connection matters more than perfection.

That spirit lives on here.

We help you make peace with your own diagonal-ness—the parts that feel a little off—and build steadier relationships, inside and out.

I’m so glad you’re here.
Warmly,
Michelle

If you’ve been wondering why your marriage feels harder than it should—it could be worth exploring whether ADHD is part of the picture. You can start here with our FREE GUIDE. Sometimes understanding the why is the first step toward real change.
