Do you feel like your insides don’t match your outsides?
You’ve built a life that looks good from the outside—but inside, things feel messy. Maybe you’re burned out, questioning who you are, or caught in old patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe your relationship feels stuck, disconnected, or uncertain. Whether you’re navigating this alone or with a partner, you’re craving something more honest, more aligned, more connected.
Diagonal House Family Therapy
Welcome to
Diagonal House Family Therapy is named after my childhood home on 59 Diagonal Street in St. George, Utah—a place full of love, struggle, and layered stories.
The house itself was a little off-kilter—never quite symmetrical. But it held us. It taught me that connection matters more than perfection.
That spirit lives on here.
We help you make peace with your own diagonal-ness—the parts that feel a little off—and build steadier relationships, inside and out.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Warmly,
Michelle

Michelle Pomeroy
Owner, LMFT, CEFT
I work with insightful adults—often creatives, entrepreneurs, sensitive souls and overachievers—who feel like something in their life no longer works. Inside you’re tired, restless, or questioning who you’re becoming. You may feel you are outgrowing old versions of yourself. Therapy with me is less about fixing and more about getting honest, curious, and intentional with how you show up in the world.
Specialties: high-masking ADHD in women, high-functioning neurodivergence, adult development, burnout, identity development, lonely leaders and stuck or ambivalent couples.
We help creatives, sensitive souls, entrepreneurs, deep thinkers and their partners move through burnout, identity shifts, and relational difficulties. We create space for nuance, connection, trust, and growth.
Ever wonder if you or your partner have ADHD?
More and more adults are discovering that their lifelong struggles with focus, follow-through, emotional ups and downs, or even feeling “too sensitive” weren’t because they were lazy or failing at life.
Midlife often brings a full plate: career pressures, parenting, aging parents, relationships—and for many, it becomes harder and harder to keep up. Maybe you’ve always managed to power through, but now the mental load feels crushing, and you’re stretched to your breaking point.
If you’ve been wondering why your marriage feels harder than it should—it could be worth exploring whether ADHD is part of the picture. You can start here with our FREE GUIDE. Sometimes understanding the why is the first step toward real change.
